User Eligibility
To participate and earn points or upload surveys as a company, you must have a registered and logged-in account. There are no additional geographic or age restrictions beyond this requirement.
User Responsibilities
Users must complete surveys fully to earn points. We expect all users to provide honest and truthful responses to maintain survey integrity. Points are awarded only upon survey completion.
Company Responsibilities
Companies may post surveys openly on the platform without restricting participation. All survey data collected is sent to us and subsequently shared with the respective companies. Companies agree to use collected data responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
Data Privacy and Protection
We collect only essential information during registration. Survey responses generally exclude personal identifiers like names or addresses. We adhere to GDPR principles, ensuring data security, limited access, and user rights to their information, including access, correction, and deletion rights.
Points System
Points earned through survey completion are non-transferable. Users can redeem points for cash at any time. Currently, points do not expire but redeeming points is subject to our platform’s payout policies.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or any behavior that violates our community standards. Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund of points or earnings.
Liability Limitation
As an academic project, we do not accept liability for survey accuracy, payment disputes, or data mishandling. We provide the platform as is, and users and companies engage at their own risk.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding survey content, payments, or data use should first be raised by contacting our support email. We aim to resolve issues amicably; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use of the platform implies agreement to such updates.
